Please help so my little son can play with his bday present!
Just bought the game and it won't start, it says "Pixel Format Not accelerated" and says that I need a video card driver update. So I check my driver and it is already the most current version. When troubleshooting it said " "While most of the time this error is caused by the video card drivers being out of date, it can also be caused by a gamepad device, or something being seen as a gamepad device (Headphones, controller, etc)."

ok I saw this earlier and was afraid to try it since it looked like it was for windows 8, and it said try at your own risk and all that. Well with your encouragement I tried it, and it worked. The game will open now. Thanks for your time, very much.

Retired StaffNo you do not have updated drivers. Please grab the update here, the Catalyst Software Suite. You should try the BETA drivers as well.

You may experience page load problems on the site, but keep trying or wait a day or two. I'm thinking they're doing a little site maintenance.
