Everytime I play on a multiplayer server it only lets me on for about 30 seconds (very laggy) and then kicks me. I get this message: http://prntscr.com/1r7ccy

Your connection to the server is poor, and your computer was not able to reply to the server in time when it pinged your computer. Perhaps you could reboot the modem and see if this resolves the issue.
