Ok, this issue started in 1.6.1 I think, and so far, no one has had the same problem! (From what I looked up)
When I play creative on singleplayer, powered rails do not work for me. The same problem goes with creative servers and all servers that have creative on them! Please help me!

Ow, so what do you mean they don't work? Are you powering them with redstone torches? Please give me more details so I can help you resolve this problem.
