Urgent Help Needed regarding 1.6.2 - Java Edition Support - Support - Minecraft Forum

Hi Guys,

I'm really look for some help here, for the last 2 months i've been unable to play minecraft. I'm getting the couldn't delete natives problem. I've hunted around the internet for days now trying to resolve the issue but after reinstalling minecraft numerous times,re installing java both 32 bit and 64 bit and running together and separate. I'm running windows 7 64bit and have the most up to date drivers for my graphics.I also mentioned that i'm running onboard grpahics and a sepertae radeon graphics card. I've ran both graphics together and disabled one and vice versa (i'm not sure if this would effect it but i'm just mentiuoning it) I've pasted the full error details below. If anyone can help me i'd really appreciate it as I’m loosing my mind trying to get minecraft to work. The following is copied after the download text that is displayed when you first install minecraft, i've not pasted the download text in as the post would be too big for me to post in this thread. no mods at all are installed

The issue still lies with the graphics drivers acting up. It does not really make sense as those were the last supported one available.

Attempt to revert to the older drivers by following these procedures,

Go to Computer
Right click on any white space
Select Properties
Click on Device Manager
Expand Display Adapters
Right click on ATI Radeon X1550 Series go to the Driver tab
Click on "Roll back driver"

Hi again. I have tried it before. Also i have onboard integrated amd graphics installed all up date drivers. Tried disabling one and vice versa

My drivers upgraded onboard to a md 3000 graphics

Hello Again,

I've now resolved the issue and got minecraft working again :-)

I followed the instructions in another thread on this forum regarding the failed to accelerate Open GL issue. I removed all traces of all graphics drivers in the registry and uninstalled my Graphics Card.

Windows then located and installed the card as if it was from factory setting, at this point i did not download any of the drivers through windows. I just went straight for the Vista 64bit drivers from AMD/ATI.

To summarise, it appears that the windows driver for the graphics were causing the problem or interfering in some way and they just needed to be wiped and to get the official drivers.
