A month ago my laptop crashed. I couldn't get the hard drive fixed, I got a new one... But, I didn't backup the computer recently enough, so... What happens to the world data I can't get back? Does having my account migrated to Mojang do anything?

All world data is saved locally. If it is damaged, and you do not have a backup, there is no way to recover them.

U can try, if u have the defect hard-disk, with an "SATA to USB Adapter" to get u Save-folder from the old Hard-disk.

This Adapter are cost between 15-20 Euro.
