Used Process Explorer to see if a process was open inside the folder--nope. I even deleted all the files within the folder and it won't delete. Help!

I'm uninstalling it because this HDD is needed elsewhere and am going to be rebooting it into Linux. I can't find out exactly why.

Rebooting the computer should fix that.
