I play minecraft alot. I have a "bandwith" cap of 60 Gigabytes/month(be it 61 440 Mb/month). Each time that I exceed this limit, I have to pay 0.00439$/Exceeded Megabyte.
I would never exceed this limit before I started playing Minecraft Multiplayer. I now use average 75 Gb/month.
I was wondering....
Let's say I play minecraft for 1 hour, how much bandwith would that use?

You only use a notable amount of data (not bandwidth, thats different) if you play multiplayer. Even when you do play multiplayer, the amount of data that is sent between your computer and the server you're playing on shouldn't be that big. Im not sure how accurate this is, but I think that for an hour of playing online, only 18 megabytes of data will be sent and recieved. Thats about 57 hours of playing for a whole gigabye to build up. So that means that in order to use 15 gigs on minecraft, you would have to be playing for about 850 hours straight. There are only 720-748 hours in a month. So it's most likely not minecraft eating up your data. You should try to see what else you are doing internet related that you haven't done much of before.
