I need this fixed fairly soon, I'm unable to play until I can figure it out. I've updated the drivers, and I do not have a firewall enabled, any help is appreciated, even if you think it may be a possible firewall!

Once you have opened it, from the menu select "Do a scan and save to a log file".
After a little while it will open a text file, copy all the text and paste them here in a spoiler as so:
