I have a question that I hope a moderator could help me with. When ever I start up Minecraft using my seperate graphics card (AMD Radeon 8970m) I get a black screen on the start menu that says Multiplayer, Singleplayer, etc. but I am still able to click on the tabs that say Multiplayer, Singleplayer, etc. but when I use my built in graphics card (AMD Radeon 8650G) it runs normal but I don't get as much fps as I could be getting and I would like to fix this any help would be great.

Processor: AMD A10-5750M APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 2.50 GHz
Graphics Card" AMD Radeon 8970M 2GB GDDR5
HDD: 750GB 7200RPM
OS: Windows 8

Java Version: Java "1.7.0_25" x64 bit

i put my dxdiag on here and did what you said tedster and when i restarted this sent to all of my friends on skype: Replaced by the text you want (this text will be written in all conversations skype all friends of the victim...?

so it didn't really do anything I mean the game ran but it still used the wrong driver...
