PLEASE HELP!!! I have windows 8 and when I made a minecraft world, The Screen is Stuck on Loading World and Loading Terrain, and I cant close it?? How Do You Close it???

Sadly, few people use windows 8. Usually you can press ctrl+alt+delete to open the task manager, but windows 8 is for tablets so....dunno if you can. Alt f4 might still work.
