I recently downloaded the new Minecraft Launcher, and when I tried to open it, it gave me two error messages: "change internet/proxy settings", and "cannot download from Minecraft.net while being forced". The official error message looks like this:

Can someone please help me?

Try it again after some time and if it still doesn't work restart your computer/router.

I already tried updating my computer, restarting it, deleting java and minecraft completely and reinstalling them, deleting my antivirus and reinstalling it after a few tries, and nothing seems to work...

So I manually downloaded the launcher.pack.lzma file from the link that it gave me by typing the link into my address bar, and I was wondering if there was a way to manually install minecraft. Any ideas?
