My friend just got a new(used) laptop, when he first got it, it was slow but he had minecraft working, he reformated the whole computer whiping it clean, it sped the laptop up some and got rid of alot of junk. but now his minecraft will not work.
It starts up he clicks play and when its loading the game it freezes. we tryed downloading an older version and it still does not work. i tryed my profile and that did not work. everything is giving the same results. please help.
have you tried simpely installing a downloaded versions folder?
he has the versions folder, i deleted his and tryed using my folder(changing his proflie so it would work) because my minecraft works, and that still did not work
