Upon hitting Play, I've been getting the following error. I've already tried reinstalling, restarting my computer, and I've made sure that my graphics card is fully updated.

Minecraft worked on this computer before I reinstalled Windows, and it also ran fine on my Linux hard drive.
According to dxdiag, I have an ATI Radeon HD 4670 graphics card, and I've already updated it to the latest driver version with the amddriverdownloader.exe provided by Mojang.
I've got the latest Java version, 1.7 64 bit.
Please grab the 13.1 Legacy Catalyst here. The latest ones are not supported with your card (latest is 13.4).
If you don't have a catalyst, just install.
If you have one, uninstall, reboot to safe mode, use registry cleaner (I recommend CCleaner), then reboot to normal mode then install.
dadiko39, out of curiosity, how did you know that was the error? I am currently training to get comptia A+ certification and error logs always confuse me. I figure I will probaby run into them later but a bit of preperation is nice.
