Disable Panda Cloud Antivirus and try Minecraft.
If that doesn't work,
Go to start and search event viewer.
Then wait a while, for it to load, and at the left there will be a branch menu.
Expand "Windows Logs" then you should see "Application Logs" as a menu. Right click the option and select "Clear all events".
Open Minecraft, wait for it to give the error log.
Go back to event viewer, right click application logs and press Refresh.
There should be another critical issue that shows up immediately after, in the center list. Right click it, press "Copy", then set "Copy details as text". Then paste it to here. If there are multiple errors that show up after you've cleared the log, press "Add another file" at the site and paste it there, and then press "create". It will redirect you to a URL, give that to us.
