As you can see, there is an odd tracing with a block
Specs:
AMD FX-4300 Quad-Core - 3.8 GHz
Nvidia GT 630 2GB DDR3
8GB DDR3 RAM
1TB Harddrive

I am using the default texture pack

It may be caused by forced anti aliasing, or that you have texture-mechanic altering mods installed such as Optifine or Minecraft Forge.

Either way, make sure your nVidia control panel matches the following settings
