Java Issue

Hello,

I have the latest version of Java installed on my Windows 7 computer. (Java 7, Update 25)

When I go to start my Minecraft 1.6 client, I get the error message,

"This application requires a Java Runtime Enviroment 1.6.0"

This pops up in a dialog box labelled "Launch4j".

Any help?

Redownload the Minecraft launcher and reinstall Java. If that doesn't work I don't know what will.

I (somehow) managed to run Minecraft after uninstalling Java... thanks karl!!
