The Issue: I can not play single player or multi player. I have acess to the the launcher and even to to the select screen. However when the second a game either in single or multi begins to load it crashes and I'm left with this:
Client> 2013-08-15 17:18:59 [SERVER] [WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?
Game ended with bad state (exit code -1073741819)
Ignoring visibility rule and showing launcher due to a game crash
Deleting C:\Users\Jorel\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\1.6.2\1.6.2-natives-800046783527
Couldn't delete C:\Users\Jorel\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\1.6.2\1.6.2-natives-800046783527 - scheduling for deletion upon exit
Usually it's exit code 255. The natives-"<numbers here" seems to change often. I just updated my Java again even though it was already at the newest version. I'm not quite sure why it just switched to a new 'exit code'.
Developer Console Starting Launcher:

What other information should I give? What should I do to fix this?
Thank you for your patronage.

Something is overloading the client/server, usually caused by corrupt entities. But if what you're describing is true and that it happens to all worlds and servers, I am at loss.
However, you do have an outdated version of Java, the 64-bit version anyway.

Perhaps you could remove it and install the latest here,
