My right click is bugged

On both modded and un-modded minecraft, I can't use right click for any items. Meaning, I can't eat food, I can't use potions, wrenches don't work, etc. All other uses (placing blocks, opening UIs) work fine, but I can't seem to use items from my hand. Please help.

P.S. I'm using windows.

Is touchscreen mode enabled in the options? Have you tried to check whether or the "Use" key is assigned to a different button in controls?

I have checked, touchscreen is disabled and the use key is right click.
