No enchantment books in dungeons

1.6.2 -- I used to find an enchantment book in almost every dungeon. Now I can't find any, and I've checked > 10 dungeons in 2 or 3 seeds.

It's all luck, they have a low spawn rate. So if you used to find them all the time it was just luck. Just keep looking
