For about the past 2 months, I've been playing on a PVP server. They have Factions, HungerCraft and just Straight up PVP. Until about yesterday, i could play without any problems what so ever. But yesterday about 4:30 pm CST, I was disconnected and got the message "INTERNAL EXCEPTION: JAVA.NET.SOCKETEXCEPTION: CONNECTION RESET." I relogged and then after about 5 seconds being on the server I got that message again. At first I thought it would be like that for every server, so I researched solutions and none of them work. Then I went on The Hive server and played flawlessly. I probably played for about an hour before I got off. Around 10:30 CST, I got back on minecraft and was able to play on the server flawlessly for a good 3-4 hours. Now came today. I woke up and then started playing. Played till about 12 pm and then came back and started about 3:30 pm. After about an hour, give or take minutes, I was disconnected and given the message again. Its been about 2 hours and it still does it.
That may be the server's fault. I screwed up some files in my server files and I had a similar problem. But, I ended up fixing it after a good 2 hours.
