For texture packs, you need to patch minecraft in order to use higher resolution ones. As for RAM, are you sure you have enough RAM to use? You may not be able to allocate more RAM. It also appears you have a lot of programs open. Try closing some, such as your internet browser and anything not needed.
First off all you are trying to run a texture pack at insane resoultion. make sure you have optifine installed for HD texture packs. If that dose not work try lower resoultion texture packs 64 x64 32 x 32 128 x 128. You might need to update your drivers as well
Next your ram issues could be a few problems 1. Java needs to be updated 2. You dont have enough ram free to allocate 2 GB 3.make sure your java is 64 bit.
I had trouble with java for a while now i could never get it to work. Try deleateing you .minecraft folder or renameing it so a new one is created.
Thats all i can help with.
Optifine is Installed. I just updated my video drivers. Also, lower def texture packs work but I didn't get a Gaming PC for nothing, right? How do you know that I don't have enough free RAM? I know my programs take some of it but I don't think it'd take so much from 8go. I also updated Java. Now my x256 texture pack works but the x512 still crashes. I also tried to reinstall minecraft be deleting and reinstalling minecraft.jar
Thanks for your help

If you do not have time to do it right, you must have time to do it over.
