After a while it will give you a text file, open that, copy all the text, copy that over to http://pastebin.com/ , hit "Submit" and give us the URL it takes you to.

Just a update it seems to come and go now, but when it does it, it keeps doing it over and over for quite a bit.

Are you having lag on the server? It could just be cause your internet connection is slow....
The error usually comes up when you lost your connection to the server -> slow internet
I sometimes have this too on giant servers that use proxies (if you dunno what I'm talking about, don't worry it's not really important) because my internet is too slow to handle that.
I have pretty good internet, I have never had this problem before till back around 12-13th of this month

Hi,
Please provide your DxDiag.
Hi,
Please install this driver update.
Hi,
I can't be sure about that, have you tried playing on a server now?
If that didn't work, could you try find another server and try connect to it?
The error usually comes up when you lost your connection to the server -> slow internet
