Hello, friends. I've been having a problem with Minecraft for a few months now that has made it impossible for me to play. I first noticed it when my sand stopped falling. Now I can barely move and so help me if I want to turn my head. It does not affect me on single player, only on our local server. The other players are unaffected until I try to log in, then they experience significant lag.
I have tried everything I know with my video settings and talked with my friends who play about my computer's abilities. I've installed the game over a couple of times and updated java. Is there anything you can suggest so I can go back to my world with all two of my buddies?
*Update:
The log shows
[SEVERE] Chunk file at -47,48 is in the wrong location; relocating.
the moment I log on, and after a moment of standing on the ground I fall into blocks and I cannot hit them. I used my roommate's computer and player character to run to my area and it seems to be a proximity lag.
Is there any hope or must I abandon my home as too lagifying?
As SeaWry say i think to its an chunk error, if u don't want to fix it with MC-Edit be u self, upload u map to an Filehoster and i try my best to fix it for u. (I don't haven a world until now i didn't get fix with MC-Edit) .-))

Curse PremiumYou can try opening the world in MCEdit and find the chunk, then select it and delete it then regenerate it in MCedit.
Does not always work, but most time it is worth trying.
On a other note, why it is worth backing up your worlds.
There is also this, but backup world first before doing ANYTHING, including anything with MCEdit.
