Everybody Freezes on My screen and then about 10 seconds later everyone resumes, but Everyone can still attack me Help!
I know it is not my internet because my brother came over who also has a laptop and did not have this problem, My computer is a beast so that is not why.

That does seem to be a connection issue, as you the client may not be receiving any information from the server itself.
Due to the vagueness of the issue, unfortunately I can't really give a solid answer, but can try to troubleshoot it.
Does this issue occur with all servers you play on or one in specific?
It does it on all Server, I have recently Updated my Wireless Driver and it still does it!
