As of about 6 months now, sometimes when i am on a server it will crash randomly. This is the error i get.

internal exception java.net.socketexception connection abort recv failed

I have no idea what this means. I've looked everywhere for answers and solutions, but i have found none.

Please Help. It's driving me insane

Wifi, but my parents' and sister's computers don't crash from the internet, and neither does my nook or wii.

Yoshi don't mine that u complete get disconnect from Internet, only that some times MC cant get enave dater over u Internet connection, special over u WiFi to holds the connection to u MC-Server.

I would try to close all programs before playing MC that use Internet connections.
May be look if some of u family use youtube or other Videostream provider if u a get disconnect from u MC-Server.

Srry for not replying in so long, my cpu was being repaired. No one else in my family plays mc, and i crash on every server.

i found that by unplugging my downstairs router (I have 2 routers) I no longer crashed. However, that put my bars really low and MC lagged a lot. I then used an Ethernet cable for my internet and i have been doing fine. However, i did crash once while wired? I dont know if the cable came loose or if MC is acting up again. Any ideas?
