Ah, I see the issue.
The issue is that you are using a custom windows theme with the launcher, which the launcher does not like.
There is little you can do to solve the error other than trying to get rid of the theme.
Unfortunately, if you replaced System Files in the process of using the custom theme, you might be out of luck.
