Hi guys I have a wierd problem im not sure if it is just my PC or not thought I get 30-45 FPS on any setting (Besides Basic And Far) but I run low with the lowest settings 30-45 FPS Same on skyblock or superflat I don't know if this is just my Comp or my Minecraft but it is weird and I would like to see what the problem is... so thank's in advance wonder what causes this...

Also, is your performance set to "Power Saver"? IIRC that locks the fps to 35 or under.
