I've been recently wanting to play minecraft a bit more, but every time I click the icon to play it either nothing pops up or the logo pops up and nothing else happens, I've deleted minecraft, re-download it and i still have the same problem.
Is this something to do with my computer? or Minecraft itself? (I'm not very computer savy in the whole programming and gaming stuff)

Please help.

I have jre7 , could that be why?
