I recently installed Minecraft on a brand new windows install. Everything was fine except my Steve moves and mines in slow motion, even to other people on servers. If you want any more info just watch the video or ask me for more.

Is your hardware underclocked/overclocked in anyway? What have changed since the last time the game ran normally?
