So recently my computer crashed and I had to install windows 7 and wipe my whole computer. Minecraft is now giving me this error message. I have looked up what to do and have went to the sites but the site says my video card drivers are up to date. What do I do?

The card in this computer is:
Radean X 1300 /X 1550 series
ATI Technologies Inc.


Any help would be appreciated.
