My apologies if there's a better forum for this, or if this has been answered before (I did try searching!).

My 9 yo boy is driving me nuts today asking me to help him find how to spawn undead/zombie horses. He's got the latest version of Minecraft (we bought it half a year ago and it gets updated, so I guess it's the latest).

I Googled and searched the wiki and forums. I even watched a couple of YouTube clips and I still can't figure this out.

Can anyone please help me figure out how we're supposed to do this? A "for dummies" version please, because I am not very experienced in this (although I have installed mods for him before). This is not a modded version, as far as I know (we're on a laptop, traveling).

No undead horsies in the stable yet, but hopefully soon enough.

Yeah, unfortunately they are not spawnable in the vanilla version without mods. But programs like the one you just linked to work wonders for doing these types of things

You would need mods to get them. They are in the code but not in the game. Good luck to you and your son.
