Recently got myself a new computer - downloaded minecraft, updated to 1.6.2 and it worked absolutely fine.
Until today.
I opened my launcher and it couldn't find my user or my version (unmodded client...hence in this topic).
Had a look to see if maybe Mojang was down. No problems there.
Checked internet. Turned on. All files in .minecraft folder.
Created new user (my actual account). Came up with an error about there being no internt.
Disabled firewall/antivirus. No change.
Deleted my minecraft and clicked on launcher to redownload. Didn't download.
Tried redownloading through minecraft.net. Won't download.
A little bit frustrating seeing as I have been searching for a good few hours to try fix.Never had any troubles with my internet playing around with this.
I have another desktop using same internet which cannot connect to minecraft.
What he means is that, when you open Minecraft and start the game, there is a tab that says "Developer Console." Copy and paste all of the text in there into a [spoiler] tag.
