Ok so minecraft will start normally fine but then when i try to open up Mirllis Action

My java automatically crashes

Try this -

In Mirillis Action go to Options -> HUD Settings
then tick the Hide HUD on Action startup
Restart Action
Start Minecraft
Toggle Minecraft fullscreen (f11)

No Help
