Hi I am using a Logitech surround sound g430 headset and the surround sound is off, and my stepping sounds except for wood are only on the right side and this is only with the new launcher Its very annoying I mute my game sometimes its that bad! ! HELP!!!
i have logitech g930 headset and mine sounds like its playing in the back right speaker when surround sound is off, when its on it sounds like its coming from the back and the back left
I'm now having the exact same issue, with the exact same headset, and I'm looking for support in a thread that I responded to almost exactly two years ago. I didn't even look for this thread on purpose, I just stumbled upon it in a search of the Support section. Neat, huh?
So, anyone have a decent solution to this? I notice, if I configure my headset to 5.1 surround, I can barely hear sounds behind me, and if I set it to 7.1 surround, several sounds in the game are only in my right headphone. I can only fix the issue if I actually go into Logitech's software and turn the surround on, which doesn't work very well for Minecraft because I only play it in a private server with my friend lately, and turning surround on makes Skype turn incredibly crackly and loud.
