Well, after lengthy discussion and some people reaching out to Intel about the lag issue I posted here: https://mojang.atlas.../browse/MCL-767 , Intel has found the bug and posted a workaround that will bring you back up to old launcher equivalent frame-rates.
This applies to you if :
You are now getting awful lag / low FPS since the 1.6 update
Are running on Intel HD 2500,4000 series, and 5000 series graphics (The fix does not work on HD 3000 or 2000 yet. If you have those, hold tight for a fix.)
Are running the Windows operating system
The fix:
Intel will be releasing updated drivers that include the fix according to their post in the above topic, but in the meantime they have provided a work-around that changes the necessary registry keys causing MC to not be recognized as a game. (specific post: https://mojang.atlas...l#comment-94655)

Accept all the security warnings and RegEdit should automatically integrate it into the Windows Registry. Success! You should now be able to play Minecraft on the new launcher at the same speed you got before, after restarting the launcher.
(7/27/13) Mojang has now included the hack in the 1.1.3 launcher. If you applied the fix it's recommended that you revert the changes by doing these steps: "Open the registry with regedit (hold the Windows key and press 'R', then type regedit), then remove the two registry entries that the fix inserted: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Intel\Display\CUICOM\OpenGL and HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Intel\DISPLAY\CUICOM\OpenGL"
As always, there are other highly recommended ways of increasing FPS such as installing 64-bit Java and the wonderful Optifine mod that you should do in addition to this fix.
I have a Intel G45 Or X4500HD And i can't get the Fix even i have the Lastest Launcher for Minecraft and still nothing I didn't have this Problem in 1.5 or 1.4

My fan fiction of the game: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1957118-programmer-my-first-fan-fiction/#entry24096758
Yes, if you have Intel HD 3000 and possibly 2000, it will screw up your rendering. Follow the directions posted in the edit to undo.
You're going to have to be a bit more descriptive than that. And a lot less loud. What did you do?
