I have no clue what it could be, we have the latest version of Java and Minecraft and we tried re installing Minecraft as well.
1. Hold down the Windows Key and R to bring up the Run dialog. 2. Type in: %appdata%\.minecraft and click Ok. 3. Delete all files except the saves folder. 4. Try starting Minecraft and see if it crashes.
