After deleting my .minecraft folder and re-downloading it in the new minecraft client, i look in my %appdata% / .minecraft folder, and see no bin folder. I need the jar to put some mods in it. Help? heres a picture of proof, since some of you will be "oohh you're checking your .minecraft folder wrong" .
The game now stores files differently, you can't simply just mod the game by editing a file in your bin folder. Even if you tried to simply edit a jar in the versions folder it would not work, as the way to mod has changed.
But not to worry, it's still possible!
