So I have computer... and while playing Minecraft on it, it only gets 7-15 fps.
Anyway i can get it can get higher?

You should turn down the settings in the options menu (obviously); smooth lighting should be off and render distance should be short, normal, or tiny. You can try turning Advanced OpenGL on or off. Close all other programs running in the background. Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and go to task manager, right click MineCraft, go to process, and set the priority to high. Honestly, that's all I can recommend.
Edit: forgot to mention to turn Performance in in-game options to Max FPS and turn Vsync off.
