Hey, all. I just came here to ask a few questions about what the heck is wrong with my minecraft!
I bought Minecraft after the free week all those years back, for $10, so I've had the game for a very long time. I haven't played it for a few months or more, but decided recently to get into it, since I moved to a farm with no internet. (The only internet I can get is a very low, very laggy connection from my dads' cell phone). So, I downloaded Minecraft again (Took around two hours), then disconnected from the internet (I had to use a stick to get wireless internet to my desktop, but it was borrowed from a friend.)
I had already logged on, and I made a world. Awesome! Then I punched a tree! Then...The tree glitched up. Like, I broke the block, but it came back again. And again. And again. It did this four times! I don't know what's going on here!
Mobs are very gltichy as well. They move extremely slowly, and don't react; - When a creeper starts to explode, he sits there all puffed up and has some sort of several-second delay after the hissing stops, then he blows up.
I CANNOT play the game as it is. WHY is it doing this to me? I've been a loyal player for years (My username is dave1004). How can I fix this? My computer hardware hasn't changed in the slightest, and I still get around 60FPS on Minecraft even on max settings, and I even tried turning all of them to as low as possible. Can you please help me? Do I need to re-download Minecraft again or something?
Thank you for reading this, and please help me! I tried to mine some stone, and it took me minute to get through only a few blocks, because they just keep "Teleporting" back! I'm using my laptop to post this, since my desktop doesn't have internet. (And never will, sadly.)
Alright, I'll try that, thanks! I can't play right now because my desktop has no internet (Sob, sob, stupid always-online DRM error glitch thing), but I'll give it a whirl when I can.
Much appreciated, however! If anyone else knows what I could do to help it...
