Minecraft 1.6.2 Launcher Stuck on Login Screen <with image>

Hey guys, I am having a really frustrating problem where I put in my login details onto the new launcher for 1.6.2 and it will just sit there and the loading think just bounces back and fourth. I let it sit for about an hour and nothing came up.

I had the same problem and I've managed to solve it. (I have windows 7 x64)

Got to [start -> run] and type: %appdata%

When the folder opens, just delete .minecraft folder. Restart game, and voila.
