Okay so it will randomly actually download the launcher thing but it will brick my launcher to this screen
Sorry for long response time, at work. But I used to use Kaspersky, until I removed it and now I use MS Security Essentials. I can open up MC now, but I still have problems with getting into the gameOh and nice avatar, r+ is the stuff dude
Listening to Links 234 right now.
What happens when you try to get into the game?
I can't when I open the launcher up it stays at the grey screen provided and i can't click any buttons or anything, all it does is suck up CPU and resources
Heh. Never heard about this before.
Try reinstalling Java (as in, uninstalling, then restarting, then reinstalling).
I guess I'll do that again, even though I've done that ~10 times already, won't hurt. Also to note, I've always had problems with the mojang vanilla launcher but other 3rd party ones work for me (MultiMC) but since I must use Mojang's 1.1.1 Launcher I've had nothing but problems with it, I've gotten to the login screen once, but it lagged so hard and wouldnt let me login at all. off to reinstall!

Good: Vanilla Launcher for 1.5.2 and below works for me now (idk why)
Bad: 1.1.1 Launcher for 1.6 and above still doesn't.
