I Accidentally Messed Around with Controls...

I have a (quite embarrassing) problem. I was looking around the Minecraft start screen, and I found controls. I accidentally clicked on 2 controls, and now I have three controls that are Button One. oops... does anyone have any help/suggestions so I can fix it? I looked everywhere in the Mojang help page.

Put them back to what they were before........
