Recently, I bought a $300 graphics card for my average desktop (fairly new 1-2 years)
my only problem is minecraft
on minecraft my fps flickers anywhere from 20-160 usually 30-90
but on any game like
Saints Row The Third (Ultra Settings)
or
Borderlands 2 (max settings)
i can run it no problem never and fps lag
Arma II Very High on all settings with about 40 FPS
8Gb Ram
3Gb Card
64-bit Operating system
Intel Core i3-2130 CPU
