Everyone cannot redistribute it, including you. Just go to the launcher, new profile, select 1.5.2, install forge and pixelmon. Done. It's that easy.
I've already done that, and believe me, it is not that easy. If I do, my 1.6.2 will not work and I will have to reinstall Minecraft. Plus I can't just install to 1.5.2 only because I would need the versions files to do so.Does anyone have a real answer instead of an answer that would actually work?
You aren't making any sense.
The only way to get the versions files is to create a profile for the version you want, and then use that profile.
The launcher will download the versions files, and you can then mod them.
If your previous efforts broke 1.6.2, then you touched the wrong set of files.

The files that are supposed to be saved while making the new profiles do not exist in the versions folder. I've done just about everything I could think of, in hopes of someone else having a new working one.
If you can play 1.5.2, then the 1.5.2 files are on your computer. With the new launcher you can have files scattered hither and yon if you've configured profiles to use their own game directories. Make sure that you check both the regular %appdata%/.minecraft tree, as well as any game directory that your configured into a profile.
