Recently, I found a server that is still running in 1.5.2. So I used the new launcher to use version 1.5.2 when I played. The problem was, when I logged on the server, the entire screen was black except for the chat area and inventory area. Can someone tell me why this is happening?

If it helps any, I get this error message:

What do you mean by "specs"? I'm somewhat of a computer noob. Also, I am using the new 1.6.1 launcher with the fancy logs and switching versions and whatnot.
