I have trying to update MC to 1.6.2 on my offline pc so I can play through a LAN line, but I can figure it out.
1. I have transferred the version files from my online PC to my offline PC through networking.
2. I tried to update the new MC craft launcher too through networking, but it doesn't seem to work. It gives me the same page as the "still a work in process" page.
3. Both accounts I am working with are legit accounts for MC.
the new launcher is what is stopping the offline PC from playing the new update b/c it doesn't see the version files.
I anybody has any ideas would be greatly appreciated.Sorry I forgot to say that I am using win7 on both machines.
