Hi I've searched around but have not been able to find an answer to whether this is a standard minecraft feature, or if its just me. Hopefully this is the right place to ask.

So are there two different speeds for movement while sneaking?

Sneaking (while starting from a standstill) is all jerky and much slower.
If moving normally then shifting the sneaking is smooth and much faster than the above method.

Is there a fix for this?
