I just installed Windows 7 through Bootcamp on my Macbook. Everything else on Windows works great, but when I launch Minecraft, the game crashes before the game even starts. I get the following crash log:

Theoretically Minecraft should run better in a true Windows 64 bit environment. It runs decently in the Mac OS but I wanted to try it this way.
I have no information on why it should or should not, although I suppose it could depend on how each OS allocates resources. To get your thread to be moved, click the report button on the OP (the first post of the thread) and say you need it moved. When a moderator sees it they will move it.

Did you ever get Minecraft working on your bootcamp machine? I am using Windows 8.1 on my iMac and am getting a similar error:
