I'm trying to fix this for 2 weeks now and I don't find any solution so I hope someone can help me. To make this short, I reinstalled Minecraft 9 times now and my graphic card driver are up to date. I have 8 GB of rams and it never did it to me before.
This problem is actually a driver issue, despite your drivers up to date. What graphic card are you using?
If you have nvidia. Right click on the windows desktop, Nvidia control panel, goto adjust image settings with preview, and choose "Let the 3D application decide." Also goto manage 3d settings, set both Anisotropic Filtering and Anti-Aliasing Mode to "Application Controlled."
If you have AMD, right click on the windows desktop, AMD catalyst control center, locate the image quality under Gaming, put the anti aliasing to application settings, goto anisotropic filtering and enable the application settings aswell.
