Okay, so I was looking at my .minecraft folder, and I have found every file but the bin folder.
Everyone says I will find it in C:/Documents and Settings/Owner/Application Data/.minecraft/bin
But it is NOT THERE.
I CAN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE! PLEASE HELP!
And force updating doesn't help.
I need help please!

Thank you, but I have uninstalled Minecraft twice. Is there a way to get it back just in case I deleted it for good or something?
Copy the Minecraft file? How do I do that? And where would I find it?
I tried but the bin folder will not come up. Assets, resourcepacks, saves, versions, libraries, and stats all come up, but no bin.
